Access to, and use of this website, and the products available through this Website, are subject to the following Terms of Use. By using this website, you agree to be bound by, and subject to the Terms of Use of this site. Manly Foot Clinic (Trading as Birkenstock Manly) reserves the right, at any time, to modify, alter or update these Terms of Use, and you agree to be bound by such modifications, alterations or updates. You should therefore periodically visit this page to determine the current Terms of Use to which you are bound.

If you are unsure of the colour displayed on the website of a particular sandal or shoe, please contact our office for additional pictures and advise. If you are unsure of correct fitting, we also recommend you contact the store before making a purchase.

Prices displayed within this Website are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable
Price and availability information is subject to change without notice.


We will not share, sell or give away your information. Certain companies involved in the transportation or repair of your item will only be given details necessary to provide delivery.


Payment is required at the time of purchase and placement of your order. Payment is charged/debited at the end of the complete check-out process. You will not be charged prior to the final step, and can choose not to proceed at any time before payment is taken. We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, PayPal.


If the item appears on our website in most cases we will have the item in stock. On rare occasions, due to stock being purchased instore, immediate change in stock levels on our website is not possible. If the circumstance arises where an item has been purchased that is out of stock, we will contact you to provide upcoming delivery dates, or give a full refund.


Depending on the time of order, the item will be shipped on the order date or the following day. Express Post by Australia Post is used, and in metropolitan areas, next day delivery is anticipated. A charge of $15 per pair. An email or sms will be sent once sent including the tracking number. We do not ship internationally.

If you decide to return your website purchase, please do so within 7 days of receiving it.

If you buy online, all products can be returned for an exchange or a refund if the product is faulty or does not fit correctly. Please return within 14 days of receiving the shoes.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns if the soles or linings are marked.

You are liable for the postage cost of returning products purchased on this Website. We do not refund original shipping fees, unless the return is a result of our error, or the goods are deemed faulty. If the return is our fault or the item is faulty, we will also refund the cost of postage back to us.

If you are buying at our store, refunds will only be given if the product is faulty, but you may exchange your purchase for any item of your choice (subject to availability) within 14 days of the purchase date.

We can only exchange or give refunds for products bought on this site or at our retail store. We cannot exchange products you have purchased at other retailers or internet sites.

We require proof of purchase for ALL items returned to us.


Any returns should first be advised via email to detailing your request. We will then contact you by phone or e-mail, to offer any assistance, confirm your decision, and provide any information required such as the availability of any items for exchange. We will also give you a returns number which you will need before you return your item.

All products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, that means they must be in new, unused, and unworn condition. All returns must be sent prepaid for the full price by a traceable carrier. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse for goods that are lost in transit.

You may prefer to bring your purchase directly back to our Manly store if this is more convenient. This may also be more helpful if you would like to exchange your purchase and require extra assistance with fitting, or if you would just like to try on a number of different styles before you make your final decision. You will still need to contact us first by e-mail and get a returns number.

If you are posting your order back to us, we will notify you by e-mail once we have received your shoes, and process your refund/exchange within 2 business days as long as they meet our standard conditions for return. Refunds will only be made to the original account used for payment, and will include shipping costs for items deemed faulty.

If you want to exchange your item, we will post the new pair out to you at our own expense. After the first exchange, any further exchanges sent out for this same order will incur a $15 postage fee unless the exchange is being sent out as a result of a faulty product.


If you have a minor fault with your footwear once you have already started wearing them, which is not the result of general wear and tear (i.e damage that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of normal wear or aging), we will repair your shoes at no charge, and then get them back to you as soon possible at our expense.
In this case please e-mail with the details, and we will ring you to offer any assistance, plus give you a returns number which you will need if you want to return the shoes to us by Post, or if want to bring them directly back to our store.

If the fault is major, and they are deemed faulty, we will either replace them for you or give you a refund. We will also refund the cost of postage back to us if the item is deemed faulty.

Proof of purchase is required with all returns.
